Nails Technician
The Curriculum for students enrolled in a Nails Technician Course at the Bonnie Joseph Academy of Cosmetology and Barbering consists of 300 hours where students will learn the basics of business management, general sciences and everything they need to know about natural nail manicures and pedicures.
Students who choose the Utah Nail Technician Curriculum will learn about the artificial nail techniques used including: wraps, nail tips, gel nails, sculptured acrylic nails and nail art, along with pedicures and massaging the lower foot and leg. Here is how the courses in the Nails Technician Curriculum are divided:
Pre-Clinical 30 hrs.
Business Management 20 hrs.
General Sciences 80 hrs.
